Output fluid temperature optimized for low temperatures. Capable of cooling fluids down to -8°C, the system maintains stable performance even in warmer weather conditions.
RW CW Water-Cooled Chillers
high and stable performance with low consumptionThe RW CW range is designed to meet the needs of our customers who have a water-cooled condenser source: this implies that, by condensing with water, the machine can work all year round with much higher efficiencies than an air-cooled machine Thanks to the advanced electronic control system, these liquid chillers optimize energy consumption, ensuring maximum efficiency even at low temperatures.
Improved energy efficiency. Efficiency and energy consumption are optimized by electronic control.
Rapid return on investment. The selection process is based on a detailed analysis of the client's needs, allowing for maximum return on investment in a short time frame.
Remote monitoring arranged. Different types of IoT services are available.
Turnkey solution. Single point of contact throughout the project, possibility of integration with additional systems and ancillary plant components.
Liquid chillers for critical conditions and outdoor applications
RW CW industrial chillers, ideal for refrigerating process fluids such as water or water/antifreeze solutions, operate with a water condensing system and use environmentally friendly refrigerant gas. They are designed to achieve cooled fluid temperatures between -8°C and +20°C.
With an IP54 degree of protection, these chillers are ideal for outdoor installation without the need for additional canopies.
For remote management, different types of IoT services are available: from Modbus RS485 kits to the OPC UA-Profinet Gateway kit.

Some MITA projects
Closed-Circuit Cooling Towers for Engine Test Bench
MITA built the cooling system for the electronically controlled hydraulic test bench at the Experimental Institute for Agricultural Mechanization (ISMA) in Treviglio: an MCC C series closed-loop evaporative tower. Among the benefits brought by the plant are reduced operating costs and water use.
Learn MoreCooling Towers for Bologna Hospital
The Major Hospital "Pizzardi" of Bologna installs as many as 12 non-corrodible and easy-to-maintain cooling towers to support the refrigeration units for the air conditioning system: performance and attention to noise level.
Learn MoreCooling Towers and Sand Filters for Chemical Plant
At the Pogliano Milanese plant of Clariant Masterbatches, MITA built a cooling system for the extruding process that uses exchangers combined with several evaporative towers. In addition, MITA Water Technologies supplied a continuously regenerating sand filter that keeps the cooling water clean.
