Innovative Cooling for Plastics at Plastpol 2025 in Poland

MITA Cooling Technologies, a manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is pleased to announce its participation in the 29th International Plastics and Rubber Processing Fair, Plastpol, thanks to the refrigeration solutions of its group company Frigofluid and national partner EETS: the appointment is for May 20th-23th, 2025 at the Kielce Exhibition Center in Poland.

At the event, we will be presenting two state-of-the-art products designed to meet the evolving needs of the plastics industry: the RP 06 industrial process chiller with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and the FTT-DC water temperature controller with self-stabilizing capabilities.

1. Efficient and sustainable refrigeration solutions

MITA will present to Plastpol stakeholders the RW / EFC ax chiller from Frigofluid, a company in the MITA Group together with MITA Cooling Technologies: an efficient and sustainable solution for industrial refrigeration thanks to the integration of free-cooling. The system automatically adjusts its operation according to the outside temperature: in the hottest months (over 23°C) it uses compressors to ensure maximum efficiency, while in intermediate conditions (15-23°C) it combines compression and free-cooling to reduce energy consumption. When the temperature drops below 15°C, it exclusively uses outside air for cooling, resulting in savings of up to 80 percent compared to conventional solutions.

In addition, the unveiling of the environmentally friendly RP series chiller at the show demonstrates the company’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Using the environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, this chiller offers significant energy savings and a reduced environmental footprint. With its compact design and remote monitoring capabilities, the RP 06 is the perfect solution for small-scale installations and demanding industrial applications. The FTT-DC water temperature controller is designed to maintain precise and stable temperatures, even in the most demanding industrial processes. Equipped with an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, this innovative product offers excellent temperature stabilization through direct cooling. The FTT-DC temperature control unit is ideal for industries such as plastics molding, extrusion and paper production.
