Torraval Cooling, part of MITA Group, acquires 100 percent of Intercal
This operation, which is part of the 2024-2026 strategic plan of Torraval (a company part of the MITA Group) opens up new business opportunities in the service area.
TORRAVAL Cooling adds a team of qualified technicians in technical service, providing, in addition, an important presence in the eastern part of the Iberian Peninsula.
“Customer service has always been in TORRAVAL Cooling’s DNA, and with this acquisition we strengthen our presence and multiply our service capabilities,” says Pablo Garrido, Torraval’s general manager.
Leading Intercal will be Joan Duran, a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industrial refrigeration sector.

TORRAVAL Cooling, a company founded in 1967 and with long local and international experience as a cooling tower manufacturer, designs, manufactures and markets customized cooling equipment.
It offers evaporative and adiabatic cooling solutions for the process industry, HVAC, industrial and commercial refrigeration for the process and field industries for power generation, oil and gas plants.

Intercal is a Barcelona-based company with over 35 years of history and dedicated to the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of cooling towers and evaporative condensers.
